Follow this simple step-by-step plan to report your loss:
1. Online declaration to the police
File a report online through Police on Web (choose "Non-urgent reports").
Be sure to include the identification number of your key.
You will receive a "Certificate of Loss”. You send that later on to o2o Bicycle Leasing (see step 3).
2. Buy a new security lock
You need to buy a new security lock.
Check the definition list to see what quality requirements such a lock must meet.
Keep your receipt.
Tip: You can use your maintenance budget to purchase a new lock and keys.
