Lost a bicycle key? Don't worry, with this simple step-by-step plan, it's quickly resolved.
🔑 Step 1: report online to the police
👉 File a report online through Police on Web (choose "Non-urgent reports").
Be sure to include the identification number of your key.
You will receive a "Certificate of Loss”. You send that later on to o2o Bicycle Leasing (see step 3).
🔑 Step 2: duplicate of the key
👉 Get a duplicate as soon as possible from the manufacturer or your bicycle dealer.
Use your lock code to do this.
Always take the engraved version of the duplicate.
Be sure to keep the proof of purchase.
Tip: Use your maintenance budget to purchase the new key.
