As such, you cannot add a personal lock to the quote.

o2o and our service partners also want to be 100% sure that an ART2 approved bicycle lock is present to lock and anchor the bicycle.

To answer the question: you will therefore need to add an ART2 approved bicycle lock to the quote for your lease bicycle.
