Activate breakdown assistance
Log in to o2o Biker and go to the Services section. Here you can find the Service Sheet Breakdown Assistance with all the details.
Activate your breakdown assistance before you hit the road. If you don't activate it, you cannot use this service.
What do you do in the event of a breakdown?
Call the breakdown assistance:
Use the dedicated number for o2o Bicycle Leasing. You can find this number in the blue box on the Breakdown assistance page in o2o Biker.
Provide the following info:
The BikeID number (found on your bicycle sticker or in o2o Biker).
Your name and the name of your employer.
The make and model of your bicycle.
The location where you broke down.
What about the cost?
Parts or services not covered by breakdown assistance cannot be paid for via the maintenance budget. These charges are always invoiced directly.
