Broken down by the side of the road?
Don’t panic! With this service, you get breakdown assistance to help you and your lease bicycle get back on the road.
Find yourself stranded with a flat tyre or battery? Don’t worry, your breakdown assistance is there to help – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To take advantage of this service, make sure to tick the box when ordering your lease bicycle. And it pays to think ahead, as you won’t be able to add this breakdown assistance once your contract has started.
Once the service is active, the cost is simply included as part of your total lease price. You can check all this yourself via your o2o Biker account under Your bicycle(s) - Your services.
You have two options:
● Option 1 - Benelux breakdown assistance: valid in the event of breakdown in the
Benelux region (+25 km beyond Belgium's borders with France and Germany).
● Option 2 - European breakdown assistance: with this upgrade, your breakdown
assistance is valid in the event of breakdown within Europe.
