Activate breakdown assistance
Log in to myo2o Biker and go to the Services section. Here you can find the Service Sheet Breakdown Assistance with all the details.
Activate your breakdown assistance before you hit the road. If you don't activate it, you cannot use this service.
What do you do in the event of a breakdown?
Call the VAB:
Use the dedicated number for o2o Bicycle Leasing. You can find this number in the blue box on the Breakdown assistance page in myo2o Biker.
Provide the following info:
The Bicycle ID number (found on your bicycle sticker or in myo2o Biker).
Your name and the name of your employer.
The make and model of your bicycle.
The location where you broke down.
Some important tips
VAB will help you get back on the road quickly
If the breakdown assistance officer cannot make your bicycle roadworthy again on site, it will be towed away. Free transport of your bicycle is possible. VAB takes your bicycle (and you) to the place most suitable for the repair.
If your bicycle is stolen
VAB provides transport to your place of departure or arrival up to a maximum of 80 euros, provided you have reported it to the police and took all precautions to prevent the theft.
Track the status of your assistance request
Have you reported the breakdown? Then you will receive an SMS from the VAB with the estimated arrival time and a link to track the waiting time.
What about the cost?
Parts or services not covered by breakdown assistance cannot be paid for via the service budget. These charges are always invoiced directly.
