Always choose an o2o partner bicycle dealer
To use your service budget, visit a bicycle dealer who is an o2o partner.
Please note that invoices from bicycle dealers not affiliated with the o2o partner network cannot be subsequently recovered through the service budget.
You can find our partners in myo2o Biker under the "I want to get a quote or test my bike" section. There is a search box on this page, 'Choose your bicycle dealer', where you can search by bicycle dealer name, post code or municipality.
Your trusted dealer or a new one
The bicycle dealer who supplies your lease bicycle obviously knows your bicycle best. But if you want to change bicycle dealers for any reason, such as moving house, that's no problem at all. Any o2o partner bicycle dealer can create a maintenance or repair invoice using your unique BikeID.
Special service for Cowboy bicycles
Do you ride a Cowboy bicycle? Then you can also use your service budget to visit an o2o bicycle dealer who is a partner of Cowboy, or visit Cowboy directly.
Be sure to check out the list of Cowboy partners and always mention your BikeID and that you are an o2o customer with a service budget. That way, invoicing goes directly through o2o.
