You claim on this insurance policy for damage to third parties.
This insurance does not cover any damage to your own lease bicycle or injuries to the rider of the o2o lease bicycle.
Extra: don't forget to download the correct IPID (Insurance Product Information Document) from Ethias. We are obliged to provide you with an IPID if you wish to take out any additional civil liability insurance. There you will find all the important information about your insurance product.
