Clearly mention the frame number of your lease bike and that only the battery was stolen.
Intervention
If there is clear evidence of the theft through damage to the frame and/or the bike, our theft protection will intervene in the cost of a new battery. You will receive instructions on how to obtain a new battery through your bike dealer.
If our theft protection does not intervene, you will pay the price of a new battery to the bike dealer. If there is still available maintenance budget in your contract, you can also use this to pay for all or part of the battery.
Some tips
Always secure your battery. Use an extra lock if possible.
Keep your keys safe. If a theft occurs, you must be able to prove that the battery was locked. You can prove this by presenting both keys.
