Have you lost your number plate and/or registration certificate?

Then you need a power of attorney and a certificate of loss.

  1. To obtain the power of attorney, you send us an email. If o2o needs to go to the police, we do charge an additional fee.

  2. For the certificate, go to the police yourself and use the power of attorney to report a stolen or lost number plate or (part of) the registration certificate and request a certificate of loss or dispossession. More info on the number plate or registration certificate can be found on this website.

  3. At the address below, send us the original police certificate along with the original registration certificate (or the part not lost), preferably by (registered) mail (and to be safe, even in a padded envelope). You can email the tracking number of the sending to us. To avoid any problems with the post, you can also drop off the necessary documents in person at the o2o office during business hours (9am - 5pm). You can find the o2o office at the following address: Burggravenlaan 31/001, 9000 Ghent. Call for an appointment at tel. 09 296 40 12. Attention: the original police certificate is only valid for 14 days. It is therefore best to deliver it to o2o as soon as possible so that we can request the documents from DIV in time.

  4. o2o requests a new number plate and/or registration certificate from the DIV with the above documents.

  5. Applying for a number plate and/or registration certificate costs 90 euros, including administration and sending. We charge this to your service budget. Don't have enough service budget? No problem, we will charge you directly via invoice.

Have you lost your certificate of conformity (COC)?

You request a new certificate of conformity from the bicycle dealer where you ordered your lease bicycle.
