Check if your Bicycle Care Guarantee is active. Log into o2o Biker and go to the 'Your Services' section to check if this service is active.
After the statutory warranty period, you use the Bicycle Care Guarantee for defects on the lease bicycle.
Within the legal warranty period, go directly to your bicycle repair shop to use the manufacturer's warranty.

Check that this service is active to avoid problems later.
Always keep your documentation handy, such as the BikeID number and purchase date.
