Definitely check whether the service centre or bicycle dealer is an o2o partner so you can pay with your service budget. Also, make sure you have your BikeID at hand so the bicycle dealer can access your lease and available service budget.

Check availability

First contact the service centre or bicycle dealer who is a partner of o2o. And check if your chosen bicycle dealer can service this specific online bicycle brand. Better safe than sorry.

Change bicycle dealer

Have you moved or want to change bicycle dealers for some other reason? No problem. Every partner bicycle dealer can create a maintenance or repair invoice using your unique BikeID number.
