Before you can pick up your ideal bicycle and rapidly cover those commuting kilometres on your new two-wheeler, there are a number of stages to go through.

1. Approval from o2o

Once you have entered the quote, it meets all the requirements and you have sufficient budget, we can approve the quote. We will notify you by email.

2. Approval from your employer

Your employer makes the wage substitution calculation and communicates how much your gross contribution is for this lease bicycle.

3. Approval from the employee

Once we have received your approval and the employer's approval, we can process the quote and order the bicycle from the chosen bicycle dealer.

4. Order by o2o

We will order your lease bicycle from your bicycle dealer.

5. Approval by the bicycle dealer

The bicycle dealer approves the order form based on the quote entered.

The order form can also be rejected because the price does not match or the bicycle is no longer available.

6. Order by the bicycle dealer

If your bicycle is not in stock, the bicycle dealer will order it from the supplier of the chosen bicycle make. This supplier will provide the estimated collection date, which you can also track in myo2o Biker.

7. Delivery of the bicycle

Is your bicycle ready for collection? Then the bicycle dealer will contact you to arrange a date when you can pick up your bicycle.

How long it takes to collect your bicycle depends on the period of the year and the chosen make. On average, you should anticipate about two weeks. With a speed pedelec, you should anticipate twice as long.
