Please note that a delivery date can always change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of o2o and your bicycle dealer.
After the delivery date
Was the delivery date missed and the date was not changed? Then we will continue to send you automatic emails. We ask in these emails if you have already received the bicycle. Avoid these unnecessary emails. How? By contacting your bicycle dealer and asking to change the delivery date.
